Last post of the semester

Overall this semester was interesting while working in MRI. We changed a few protocols and came up with some new safety precautions. I did an overhaul on my policies and procedures to be prepared for Joint Commission which is very time consuming. So I feel my department is running great and organized with a great team of professionals. I really enjoyed learning some new concepts as well as reviewing others in the MR/CT classes this semester. I can not help to think where will I be in 5 or 10 years from now. I am working on my 4 year degree to further my career because I feel like I am ready for my next challenge. I have been doing MRI for 9 years and have a desire to get in teaching of some sort. At times I can imagine myself in a radiology director position, but where ever life takes me I know I am taking the right steps to head in that direction.
